Pam Dykstra has been helping buyers and sellers for over 16 years, both in San Diego and now here in Central Oregon. She is married to a remodeling contractor and assisted him in his business and they incorporated both real estate and remodeling as business partners. When she is not doing real estate she is the proud Oma - aka grandma - of her grandson taking care of him and going on fun adventures at the park, library activies and enjoying their close bond.
Pam has been trained in aggressive marketing and advertising of homes in all price ranges and types of architecture by top nationwide brokers. She brings to her clients her years of experience in making sure their best interest in home buying and selling is her top priority; she has fierce negotiating skills in all phases of the transaction, attention to detail, keeping her clients updated and making sure the transaction is smooth and stress free by educating them each step of the way. She believes in constant communication and education in all phases of a buying and selling transaction until close of escrow, thereby making it a very smooth process for her clients.
Pam is a certified Military Relocation Professional specializing in helping both Military Vets and Active Duty Personnel with ALL of their real estate needs, whether they are relocating from base to base, or retiring to their retirement destination. She has lots of first hand experience as the daughter of a Navy Captain and lived the Navy life growing up moving from base to base and puts that experience to work as a realtor who can anticipate what the military on the move is going to need in buying a new home.
