The trend for home prices in Brasada Ranch are following what we are seeing in much of Central Oregon. Prices jumped during the Covid-19 pandemic years and have since leveled off to a more normal, moderate rate of growth.
New listings in Brasada Ranch have shown consistent numbers over the past three years, between 38 and 50 over a twelve month period.
